WILBURTON SCHOOL PHYSICALS: High School (June 7th – 1:30pm) ; Middle School (June 9th – 1:30pm)

High School athletic physicals will be June 7th at 1:30pm in the new gym and middle school physicals will be June 9th at 1:30pm in the new gym.

Please pick up forms from the school offices. You can also fill one out on the day that you come to get your child’s physical.
